      <image:caption>En veldig enkel måte å trene sammen på, er å komme seg ut og løpe. Om det er i byen, nabolaget, skogen eller fjellet har ingenting å si, for det gjør godt både mentalt og fysisk å komme seg ut. Man kan selvfølgelig løpe i «snakketempo» og dele ukas nyheter hele veien, men pass på å holde en viss intensitet for å få den rette treningseffekten. Et godt alternativ kan være å løpe i intervaller. Da kan man konkurrere mot hverandre og presse opp intensiteten i dragene, og dessuten prate i pausene. Fordelen med å løpe på denne måten, der en veksler mellom aktivitet og hvile, er at en kan holde en høyere intensitet når en løper med pauser innimellom, enn om en løper med samme fart kontinuerlig. Om dere skal gå i pausen eller jogge rolig, avhenger av formen. En hovedregel er uansett av pausen skal være kortere enn dragene der man har høy intensitet, og man skal ikke stoppe helt opp i pausen. Si at pausen kan være alt fra 15 sekunder til 2 minutter, mens selve dragene er 2 til 8 minutter. Kjør så mange repetisjoner dere trenger for at økta totalt sett ligger mellom 25 og 60 minutter. Kjenner dere terrenget dere skal løpe i godt, kan dere legge opp intervaller etter terrenget. Er det mye stigning og bratt terreng, kan man for eksempel kjøre høyere intensitet opp bakkene, og ta det roligere på flatene mellom.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>En annen vri av beinslippøvelsen er som følgende: Den ene legger seg på ryggen, med hodet mellom føttene til den andre, holder seg fast i leggene til partneren, og strekker opp beina slik at partneren får tak og kan holde dem. Den som ligger presser korsryggen ned i underlaget, spenner magemuskulaturen og beholder spenningen gjennom øvelsen. Partneren som står dytter de strake beina ned mot bakken. Den som ligger bremser bevegelsen mot bakken, og strekker så beina opp igjen til partneren. Forskjellen mellom de to øvelsene ligger i at i den første får utøveren et ustabilt underlag ved at man ligger på partnerens rygg. Dette krever mer av kjernemuskulatur og stabiliserende muskulatur. I den andre varianten ligger man stødig, men må bruke magemusklene enda mer aktivt i og med at beina skyves ned med krefter fra partnerens dytt. I tillegg er øvelsen mer eksentrisk, fordi du i stor grad jobber med å «bremse» bevegelsen.</image:caption>

I stedet for å bruke energien på å holde balansen mens man står på ett bein, kan en jo støtte seg mot partneren mens man gjør det. Ved å fortelle hverandre hvor mye man setter pris på hverandre, er jeg sikker på at tøyingseffekten blir ekstra god.</image:caption>

Vekk fra mobilen og det travle storbylivet i Amsterdam. De elsket det og kom tilbake uthvilte, inspirerte, og fulle av nye ideer. Ilya foreslå å arrangere offline helger hvor folk kunne bli med for å koble av, roe ned, hvile og gjenopprette kontakt med seg selv og naturen.  I oktober 2022 arrangerte de for første gang The Offline Getaway. De savnet bare én ting, en kokk som kunne lage sunn mat av høyeste kvalitet. Slik ble kokkevennen Valentijn med i gruppa. Etter fire Getaways I 2023 ville de ekspandere til nederlandske byer og gjøre konseptet mer tilgjengelig. I februar 2024 startet de tre The Offline Club og var vertskap for det første digitale detox-treffet på Café Brecht i Amsterdam. Etter to reels på Instagram gikk de viralt, og på en måned gikk de fra 0 til 100 000 følgere. Siden HRV påvirker alt, påvirkes det også av alt: av tidspunkt på døgnet, av avstand til sist måltid, av blodtrykket, og dermed av om du sitter, ligger eller står. Faktisk kan det variere med om du ligger på magen, siden eller på ryggen. Det påvirkes også av pusten. Så skal du ta et Health Snapshot med Garminklokka, må du enten få til å glemme at du puster hver gang, eller puste bevisst på samme måte hver gang. Stimulerende midler påvirker også, i tillegg til mentalt stress og sykdom. Før var beste sjanse for en god måling å  ta den på samme tid på døgnet hver dag i samme kroppsposisjon, gjerne i det man  stod opp om morgenen. Og du trengte  et pulsbelte. Men de nye apparatene måler nå  HRV på håndleddet eller fingeren hele natten,og dataene blir bearbeidet for å luke ut både feilkilder og alt som bare er støy i systemet. Du må derfor gå med utstyret i flere uker før systemet blir ordentlig kjent med deg og alt du gjør i  løpet av natten, som forstyrrer målingene. Garminklokkene bruker hele 19 dager før du i det hele tatt får noen HRV verdier. Det er ellers mange måter å tallfeste pulsvariasjonen på, så man kan ikke uten videre sammenlikne tallene på tvers av ulike enheter.</image:caption>

På kurset kan man velge å faste ved hjelp av ProLonprodukter, men man får også menyer hvor nesten all maten er laget fra bunnen av. Dette må jo være enda sunnere enn fasteproduktene, mener Inge, mest fordi maten er mindre prosessert. Inge Lindseth mener man også kan få til fasteimiterende diett på egen hånd hvis man kan en del om ernæring og næringsstoffer, kan fylle inn noen tabeller og lage en meny selv. Da må man passe på å holde seg innenfor 700 kcal og 16 g protein per dag på dag 2-5 og litt mer på dag 1. Dietten inneholder en del karbohydrater daglig og gir ikke ketose.</image:caption>
